Pushing Noodle Machine

Electric Stone Mill

Authentic Soba (buckwheat noodles) must be ground with
a stone mill

Stone milling is the only way that gives the original performance of ingredients. The flour can be peeled off without heat, so fine powder can be made while preventing the burning of its scent. In addition, flour oxidizes with time once it has been ground, and its quality decreases. For truly delicious Soba must be freshly stone-ground.

A great advantage of making green tea leaves into powder form is that we can then obtain the complete nutrition of them. Because the most of abundant nutritional compounds of tea remain in its leaves, when we nomally brew tea from tea leaves, only a small amount of those nutritional compounds is available for consumption. In the case of our powdered green tea, however, we can obtain all of the nutrients without their being lost. Our powdered green tea is also more convenient than green tea steeped from leaves in a teapot -- it is economical because it can be prepared it in small amounts, and environmentally friendly as there is no disposal of used tea leaves. Furthermore, when making tea leaves into powder by grinding them in a stone mill, by which powder can be prevented to be burned, the tea’s rich aromas and flavors are accentuated.
